A small article in this weekend's Financial Times
caught my eye: 'Fired executives put Lotus problems out in the open'. The article cites the cases of the former heads of the HR and legal departments, who are suing Group Lotus following what they allege to be their unfair dismissal in July.
After former CEO Dany Bahar was sacked in June, the pair claim, they were subjected to "intense interrogation sessions" and are now counter-suing their former employer with claims of racial, religious, and sexual discrimination.
