Testing can be really dull. Sometimes, at a pre-season test, when all the fast times are set in the morning, it can feel like you're just sitting around waiting for nothing to happen.

It's not strictly true, of course - there are interviews to arrange, do, and transcribe. There are press calls to attend, sources to gossip with, and the odd bit of standing at key corners trying to establish who glides and who twitches. But there's also a lot of hanging about the press room, telling crap jokes, and finding ways to kill the time.

Fans often say they'd like to see more of testing, but trust me - a highlights package would do the job.

So in lieu of the action at the Circuit de Catalunya, here's some clips of rally cars being mental on snow. I *love* watching ice and snow rallies.

I'm not sure, but I think the podium ceremony should involve chilled vodka, not champagne...
